As part of its ongoing commitment to capacity building and active engagement with international procurement platforms, Extrapharma participated in the online training session organized by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) on the Quantum digital procurement system, held on Monday, May 13, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Yemen local time).
This session is part of UNDP’s continuous efforts to enhance transparency, efficiency, and accessibility in its procurement operations. It aimed to equip suppliers with the necessary knowledge to effectively interact with the Quantum platform, which has become the central tool for all UNDP procurement processes.
The session covered the following key topics:
• Step-by-step guidance on registering in the Quantum system
• How to search for tenders and submit offers
• Overview of procurement procedures, suppliers’ ethics, and code of conduct
• Responses to frequently asked questions from suppliers
